Ramletech AB

Ramletech is a Swedish software consultancy specialising in solution architecture and advanced software engineering. We believe that successful software starts with the right architecture, clear technical decisions and uncompromising quality.

We work across industrial software, robotics and AI, helping organisations build reliable systems that solve real business problems. Whether defining the technical direction of a new product or implementing complex distributed systems, our focus is always the same: solutions that are maintainable, scalable and built for the long term.

When digitalization is only the first step.

August Ramle

August Ramle

August is the founder and sole consultant at Ramletech. With 15 years of professional experience in software engineering, solution architecture and technical leadership, he helps organisations solve complex technical challenges and turn ideas into production-ready systems.

Software is his primary tool for turning complex ideas into practical solutions. His expertise spans enterprise web applications, industrial software, robotics, AI and distributed systems. August has designed solution architectures, developed large-scale web applications serving thousands of users, built SaaS platforms from the ground up, and contributed to complete robotics products—from perception and machine learning to operator interfaces and real-time systems.

August embraces modern AI-assisted development, using AI agents to accelerate implementation while maintaining full ownership of every technical decision. Every solution is reviewed, refined and aligned with the overall architecture, ensuring the delivered software meets the highest standards of quality, security and maintainability.

How I Work

1

Understand the Business

Every successful project starts with understanding the business problem—not the technology. I work closely with stakeholders to identify the real challenges, define clear success criteria, and ensure every technical decision contributes measurable business value.

2

Design for the Future

Architecture is about making the right decisions before writing code. I design systems that are scalable, maintainable and adaptable, allowing products to evolve as business needs change. This is an iterative process carried out together with stakeholders.

3

Build with Responsibility

Modern AI tools and autonomous coding agents accelerate development, but they never replace engineering responsibility. I use AI where it creates value while personally reviewing the architecture, implementation and quality of everything that is delivered.

4

Deliver Lasting Value

The goal is never to create dependency on a consultant. Through documentation, knowledge sharing and clean, maintainable software, I ensure that customers can confidently own, operate and continue developing their systems long after the project is complete.

Our Values

01

Business First

Technology is only valuable when it solves a real business problem. Every engagement starts with understanding the customer's goals, challenges, and long-term vision before proposing or building a solution. Success is measured by the value delivered — not by the amount of code written.

02

Quality by Design

Quality is built into every stage of the development process. Solutions are designed to be robust, maintainable, secure, and thoroughly tested, ensuring they can be trusted in production environments and continue to perform reliably over time.

03

Built to Last

Software should continue to create value long after the initial project has been delivered. Ramletech focuses on sustainable architectures that are easy to evolve, adapt to changing business needs, and support future growth without unnecessary complexity.

04

Pragmatism

The best solution is not always the most advanced one. Ramletech believes in choosing technologies and architectures that fit the customer's needs, balancing innovation with simplicity, maintainability, and long-term cost.
